Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management:
  Develop comprehensive project plans, define deliverables, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution and clear communication.
• Risk Management:
  Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and maintain project resilience.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Track progress using project management tools, analyze performance metrics, and adjust plans as necessary.
• Team Leadership:
  Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and promoting a culture of excellence.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory and organizational standards, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

 
Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  At least 5 years of experience managing IT projects, including infrastructure and software development projects.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Strong knowledge of tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project.
• Certifications:
  PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a high-pressure environment.
